Coleg y Cymoedd face Coleg Sir Gar tonight as the old foes face off at Sardis Road in the WRU College League Final for the seventh consecutive season.

It continues an incredible run for West Wales side Sir Gar, who have appeared in every Final since the competition began back in 2010/11, winning four titles along the way with the most recent coming in 2016/17.

The current reigning champions are Cymoedd though, who have won three of the last four Finals and came out comfortable 29-10 winners in this fixture last season to lift the trophy.

They have already beaten Sir Gar in the regular season, coming out as 17-14 winners at the end of November, and were it not for the final game of the season being called off against the league’s bottom side Gower College would likely have finished in first place.

Cymoedd have a number of Cardiff Blues U18 squad members in their squad, including captain Ieuan Pring who also leads his college team from number eight.

Coleg y Cymoedd: Bailey Roberts, Cavan Davies, Macauley Rowley, Iwan Sheppard, Iwan Price-Thomas, Tyler Morris, Ethan Lloyd; Harrison Chapman, Mitch Savage, Rhys Lewis, Cai James, Mitchel Barnard, Lloyd Gregory, Ethan Fackrell, Ieuan Pring (c)

Replacenents: Arwel Hughes, Travis Green, Iestyn Haskins, Rhys Anstey, Alex Mann, Rhys Howells, Lloyd Wilkins, Will Clapham

The game will be broadcast by S4C’s Rygbi Pawb live on the S4c website and on Facebook.
