Wales squad members Seb Davies, Josh Turnbull and Jarrod Evans have been training with Cardiff Blues with the hope being they will be available face Glasgow Warriors this Saturday.
All three spent last week at the The Vale, and took full part in a contact training session with the Dragons at the Arms Park on Friday, before coming in on Monday and Tuesday this week with the Welsh squad not playing.
None have featured in the Guinness Six Nations thus far, having not made the cut as Warren Gatland slimmed his initial 39-man squad down to 31 for a training week in Nice between the France and Italy games.
This means that Turnbull and Evans have not played a competitive game since Cardiff Blues met Lyon in the final Heineken Champions Cup pool match on the 19th January, with the fly-half only have 86 minutes of game time since early December.

Davies was left out of that game having joined up with the Wales squad a week early, therefore has not been involved on a match day since the trip to Glasgow on 13th January.
While John Mulvihill waits for confirmation over whether the three players will be available to him this weekend, he has no other known injury concerns ahead of the Guinness Pro14 clash.
Willis Halaholo has recovered from the illness that forced him to withdraw from the squad to play Connacht while Matthew Morgan is clear to play after going off with a head knock in that game. Jason Harries and Blaine Scully are both free of their knocks to further boost back three options.
