Cardiff Blues Women head coach Darren Bool has made five changes to the starting XV for Sunday’s game against RGC.
It follows last weekend’s 5-18 loss at the hands of Scarlets Women in an opening round double header of the Women’s Regional Championship at Llandarcy.
Ospreys Women currently lead the way, having won both of their two games, with Cardiff Blues requiring a win at Rhyl RFC on Sunday to keep pace before playing the reigning champions in the final round.
