Cardiff Blues will open up our 2019/20 European Challenge Cup campaign with a trip to Calvisano on Saturday 16th November, 14:30 kick-off.
It will be the first time John Mulvihill’s men have taken part in the second tier European competition since lifting the trophy for a second time after beating Gloucester in Bilbao at the end of the 2017/18 season.
Round two sees the first home game as English heavyweights Leicester Tigers arrive at the Arms Park to re-ignite a famous European head-to-head, kicking off at 8pm on Saturday 23rd November.
The December double header is against French Top14 side Pau, where former Cardiff Blues favourite Paul Tito is a coach. They come to the Welsh capital on Saturday 7th December at 8pm, before we head to the Pyrenees at 8pm on Friday 13th December.
Then the pool stages finish as we head to Welford Road on Sunday 12th January for a 15.15 kick off, before Calvisano arrive at the Arms Park on the weekend of 17/18/19 January, with the exact time and date to be confirmed.
